Title: The Natural History of Us
Coming out on April 5, 2016

Summary
(from goodreads)

One class assignment. One second chance at love. The school player is all in. Now he needs to win back the sweet commitment girl who's forever owned his heart.

Justin Carter has a secret. He's not the total player Fairfield Academy believes him to be. Not really. In fact, he used to be a one-woman guy...and his feelings for her never went away. Too bad he broke her heart three years ago and made sure to ruin any chance she'd ever forgive him.

Peyton Williams is a liar. She pretends to be whole, counting down the days until graduation and helping her parents at the family ranch. But the truth is, she's done everything she can to get over Justin, and salvation is just around the corner. With graduation one short month away, she'll soon break free from the painful memories and start her life fresh. Of course, she has to get through working with him on one last assignment first.

For Justin, nothing ever felt as right as being with Peyton, and now that fate's given him a shot at redemption, he's determined to make the most of it. And for Peyton...well, Justin Carter has always been her kryptonite.

About the author
(from her official website)

I write humorous love stories about sassy girls-next-door who occasionally stumble through life (and relationships), and the protective men who cherish them. Vibrant settings, humor, and strong relationships are a staple of my books. And kissing. Lots of kissing.

I love to read for the escape it provides and that’s what I strive to give each of my readers. A chance to get away from the everyday routines and stress of dirty dishes, Mount Laundry, and rising bills, an opportunity to smile, laugh, swoon, and cry while you try on someone else’s skin for a few hours.

People often ask me about my tagline, “Unmask Your Inner Flirt.”

To me, flirt symbolizes the excitement of a new romance. The zing and tingles from the first touch. The anticipation of the first kiss. In my mind, it also embodies confidence. As for unmask, that references the sorts of stories I love to tell. I’m drawn to characters who hide their true selves, for any reason, and tend to believe we all sport different guises at various times in our lives, trying on personas and exploring new identities. A character’s journey from doing this to loving who they truly are, embracing their own unique brand of crazy, is a universal theme in my books.

What else should you know about me? Well, I’m an unashamed fan-girl and love supporting my fellow authors. I’m also a homeschool mom who spends her days giggling, hugging, and learning with her children. I watch way too much reality television and Netflix with my husband. And when it comes to my readers, I tend to slobber all over them.

Fact: Bookish people are the best people in the world.
